Either way, prep is key! Start with a clean, completely dry nail bed and rough up the surface with the foam buffer before using your alcohol wipe and adhesive products. When removing, avoid acetone to keep your nail set for the future. Instead, soak your fingers in warm, soapy water for 10 minutes and then apply oil to the nail edges. Using your cuticle pusher and the flosser, GENTLY pry under the press on. This process shouldn't hurt at all! If it does, simply soak for longer and apply more oil. When using the adhesive tabs, gently twisting the nail back and forth can help it to come off. Show more
