VINTAGE STONE IDLI PLATES These beautifully carved black stone plates are traditionally used for cooking rice dumplings, known as idli, which are a popular breakfast dish in South India. With their dimpled surface, they are perfect for cooking and serving these delicious dumplings. In addition to their culinary use, these charming stone plates have endless possibilities in the home. You can use them to display eggs on the kitchen countertop or add tealights to create a unique and beautiful centerpiece for your table. Each Vintage Stone Idli Plate is a one-of-a-kind piece, showcasing the rustic beauty and character of authentic, vintage items. Expect natural imperfections such as slight unevenness in shape or scratches, as well as slight variations in shade, all of which add to the distinct charm of each plate. Made from Indian stone, these plates come in darker tones of grey and black, giving them an elegant yet earthy feel. Their rich, textured surface brings a unique touch to any home decor.
