The 2013 Alta Vista Premium Chardonnay is sourced from their vineyard in Vista Flores in Uco Valley, where only 30% of the wine fermented in oak barrels and went through malolactic while the rest fermented in inox. The wine aged in both containers in contact with their lees for six months. It is a citric, restrained, somehow mineral version of Chardonnay, very dry, fresh and balanced. Good for the table.
