A lovely, milky floral nose on this light, delicate and ethereal Junmai Sake. Notes of grass, mineral and white flower. Evocative of the Spring with pretty notes of crocesus and ch erry blossom that linger on the finish. Elegant. Try with grilled calamari. Tasted November 2013. Score - 90.
