Just mid ruby with bright orange rim. A little like Mostarda - candied fruit in mustard syrup - and a little chalky. Liquorice. Elegant with vibrant acidity and embryonic sweet fru it and well balanced but firm tannins. Classic. Drink 2016-2028. Score - 17.5 (out of 20).
