This light, dry chenin blanc-based sparkler has a pleasant nose of fresh nuts, lemon and dried fruit, but it is very mild. It's fresh, with a hint of sweetness, but crisp almost st ony acidity is the dominant impression. The finish is dry and sour-edged; the length is very good. A good buy. Score - 88.
