The Rolly Gassmann 2009 Riesling Kappelweg Vendange Tardive smells seductively and complexly of white truffle and fresh lime, gardenia and acacia, overripe peach and cyanic peach k ernel. Its satiny, expansive palate is persistently, sweetly, and decadently perfumed with lily and gardenia, while nut oils and honey add a further dimension of richness.
