This has a similar nose to that of the Langhe, in that this is very focused on fruit and bright cassis, raspberry and cherry notes, some gentle fragrance too. The palate's bright a nd juicy and carries purple fruits, cassis and cherry, light tannins, good concentration and elegance - balanced. Well worth stepping up from the Langhe. Score - 91.
