Hands down this is one of the best - and most marketable - labels; dog lovers and wine aficionados seem to be symbiotic. Black cherry and raspberry hit the palate, with some tannin s on the finish. Matched very well with barbecue. It's 70 percent Cabernet Sauvignon with the remaining composed of Merlot and Petite Sirah; all three grapes play nicely here. What could be perceived as a gimmicky label wraps a bottle of a pretty nice wine from Napa Valley.
