For an entry-range wine, the 2011 Riesling surpasses most expectations. Pale-light lime in colour, it displays highly dignified, sophisticated scents of lemon and spicy lime cordia l; switching to delicate orange zest and just a speck of minerals and gunflint. Complex, with beautiful fruit, balanced acidity and an energetic hint of dried green fruits and lemon on the finish. Great individuality, balance and refinement.
