A deep and intense purple colour with a ripe, warm berry nose. Blackberry, dried plum, eucalyptus, cocoa and some smoked meat, coffee and black cherry give ripe yet savoury qualiti es. The palate is dry, rich and spicy with a full body, good juicy acidity and ripe medium plus tannins.
