Nigori Sakes are filtered using a coarse meshed cloth or net. This does not remove all of the particles in the Sake and results in the cloudiness you see here. Notes of plum, melon , apple, tropical fruits and lemon citrus on the nose. A pleasing sweetness on the creamy, textured palate and good complexity and depth of flavour. A long finish.
