Vivid purple hue; the complex bouquet is absolutely beguiling crammed full with black fruits, fine spices, well handled oak and a suggestion of violets; the palate is densely packe d and full bodied, yet there is a lightness and ethereal grace that belies the 15% alc/vol on the bottle; this will age beautifully, but offers gorgeous drinking as a young wine. Drink by: 2040 Score - 96. (Ben Edwards, winecompanion.com.au, July 17, 2012) Show more
