The NV Barbiana Manzanilla Pasada, also from Palomino grapes from the Miraflores vineyard, is a 30,000-bottle selection with a nose of salty sunflower seeds, a strong Manzanilla ch aracter and an intense palate, long, with subtle saline flavors and a very dry finish.
