Cave Spring's top-rung riesling shows excellent structure and depth thanks to mature vines in the Cave Spring Vineyard (CSV). The aromatics are pronounced, with petrol, pear, grape fruit and herbs that instantly reminded me of some Mosel riesling. It's powerful and linear with a mineral finish and some bitterness.
