This is a typical Marlborough sauvignon with a strong vegetal tone to the nose of guava and passionfruit with grapefruit and dry hay. It has beautiful mouthwatering acidity which m akes the palate creamy with lemony gooseberry flavours. Very good length. Enjoy with chicken or veal plus a lemony pesto pasta sauce.
