Robust, black and brooding southern French red wine, with incredible concentration and depth. Toasty oak and lots of rich, tarry notes. Needs cellar time and decant 2 hours. Classi c Old World styling, balance and finesse. Finishes with black olive, anise, and dried herbs. Pair with lamb and rosemary.
