It's made with 100% Italian grapes : Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes from late harvest and the best red wine vinegar. It has the Modena P.G.I. (Protected Geographical Indication) ce rtification. Modena vinegars have the reputation of being the best in the world. It is aged in oak, chestnut, mulberry, acacia and cherry wood barrels that give its unique aroma. And no caramel is added to develop complex aromatic profiles thanks to slow aging. The barrels are passed down generations making them unique.
