Virginia is the ultimate pair of basic leggings with elasticated waist. Pattern features multiple mix and match options including; narrow and wide waistbands; five inseam options; and cuffs. View A is a full length legging with narrow waistband. View B is a cuffed ¾ length legging with wide waistband. View C is a bike short with narrow waistband. View D is a pair . of shorts with wide waistband. Fabrics Stretch fabrics with at least 40% stretch - preferably containing spandex or lycra.
