What makes Cococlectic’s Virtual Chocolate Tasting different? Cococlectic’s virtual chocolate tasting is interactive and hosted by a culinary trained professional. At every virtual tasting session, we taste the different craft chocolate bars, learn how chocolate is made, discover how flavor is developed, as well as taste and discuss each bar's flavors and aromas. The chocolates we feature are made in the US by small-batch craft chocolate makers, vegan, non-GMO, fair-trade and ethically sourced. They also do not contain any soy, gluten, dairy or nut, but they may be produced in a facility that handles these ingredients. They are perfect for anyone with dietary restrictions (except for those who have a chocolate allergy!). What is included in the Virtual Chocolate Tasting Kit? Each virtual tasting kit/box includes: 4 full-size chocolate bars (can accommodate 5-7 folks in each household) A personal note (optional) A set of tasting notes A how-to taste guide A tasting sheet Regular domestic shipping How Does Cococlectic’s Virtual Chocolate Tasting Work? Prior to the session, we will ship a chocolate box to each member of your team/recipient. Each virtual chocolate tasting lasts for 45-minute and is hosted on your Zoom, Microsoft Teams or other platform you would like us to use. This family friendly virtual tasting is perfect for team building and remote team activities. How Much Does the Virtual Chocolate Tasting Cost? Minimum of 20 people per session, $68 per person. Regular shipping within the US is included. Discounts are available for larger groups (100+). We can accommodate as many people as your Zoom (or other) platform can host. The largest group we've hosted is 450+. For groups smaller than 20 people, we can still host your group but we have a minimum spend of $1,360 per group. If this doesn't work, we can also send your group a chocolate tasting kit for you to do a self-guided chocolate tasting. Additional Costs of Virtual Chocolate Tasting Chocolate bars will melt if they are sent to cities with the weather warmer than 75°F, so if we ship to those cities, we will have to add ice packs in the packaging, and that would add additional cost to each chocolate box.
