This virtual training brings together organizations from across the country for an interactive, live experience that gets you ready to bring Insight to Wellbeing to the people you serve and shifts something in you along the way. This evidence-based program is designed for individuals and organizations working in systems of care: behavioral health, criminal justice, substance abuse recovery, foster care, and anti-human trafficking. The work centers on uncovering the natural resilience and innate mental health every person already has inside them. Day one is for you. Before you can guide this work with others, you have to feel it yourself. We break down the program's foundations: how feelings, experiences, and state of mind actually work and what it looks like to hit "reset" and change from the inside out. Most people leave day one seeing themselves, and the people they serve, a little differently than when they logged on. Day two is implementation. You'll get into the curriculum, run the activities, teach pieces back in small groups, and walk through the best strategies for bringing Insight to Wellbeing into the populations and systems you work with. By the time we wrap, you'll have actually experienced the Insight to Wellbeing program. You'll be in breakout rooms with professionals from completely different corners of the field, folks in behavioral health, criminal justice, foster care, and beyond, sharing ideas, practicing together, and coming back to the main room to teach what you've learned.
