First measure your inseam height, measured from the bottom of the crotch to the top of the ankle, then pick the best matching waist size. But keep in mind, the waistband has a lot of stretch that comfortably fits a variety of sizes. The following size measurements are taken laid flat, without stretch (not the circumference). The fabric has considerable stretch and will increase beyond this size to mold to your body.
