After years of working to acquire this varietal and press the boundaries of what can be achieved with wine grapes and beer, we at Bruery Terreux finally got our chance. Virtuous Vine is an imperial sour blonde ale aged in French Oak Barrels, featuring juice from pressed whole cluster Picpoul Blanc grapes from Halter Ranch Winery that was blended and re-fermented with our house cultures.
