THE TRUTH IS that although Android represents a significant share of the handset market, it does not represent a significant share of the application purchase market. What's more, Android is so vast, so customisable and so non-standardised that it's impossible for a single app developer to overcome all the problems with all the device variants on the market - especially the older, unsupported ones. What's more, Android is also responsible for 100% of app theft. People can and do hack the system to unlock our apps for free. Something that's impossible on Apple devices... This translates into even more lost revenue.
