The amount of powder that will fit into a given capsule size depends on the density of the powder and loading method: Size “0” fits up to approximately 500mg powder. Size “00” fits up to approximately 750mg powder. These capsules come in two joining shells which are made from sterilized bovine-hide gelatin and are certified halal and kosher.
