The boiler echoes the shape of a screw (vite in Italian), a direct reference to the gesture of its use; the contrast between the natural aluminium and the colour of the tank further emphasises this reference. The colour variants, sampled from the machinery and tools of the Alessi workshop, complete its sophisticated mechanical identity.
