Vodka Terroir is ditilled over twe nty hours in a 24 foot vodka column, which raises purity without stripping flavour and creates a velvety texture that gently coats the palate. The result is a vodka that is exceptionally smooth, precise in cocktails and comfortable on its own. 40 percent alc./vol. 750 ML Base: 100 percent local Québec corn Nose: Soft, with a quiet hint of sweetness. Palate: Balanced and silky. A gentle sweet impression first, then caramel and a subtle toffee note that appears in the mid palate.
