Nikki has created a sparkly space with a difference, so ANYONE! Can feel comfortable to have beauty services or come and learn to carry them out! Having an invisible disability herself and being neurodivergent this was super important to her to make beauty accessible for all!Nikki has over 25 years’ experience in the beauty industry and has a very varied background. Nikki has been employed for some very well-known brands including The Eyelash Emporium! She has also been part of the education team at Pinewood film studios! Nikki has had the exciting chance to provide treatments for celebs and PR gurus, in 2019 she was honoured to be part of an education team that traveled to Sydney Australia to the Beauty expo, she graced the stage as a speaker and held workshops. Nikki has been privileged to judge many lash competitions and has also been a guest speaker on industry podcasts. Her career highlight was being invited to speak at LashCon in America, the biggest lash conference in the world! Nikki is so passionate about 'making life more simple for those that struggle', she is on a mission sharing her knowledge around visible and invisible disabilities, and creating a more inclusive space in salons and academies to make change in the industry.
