Control your factory volume slider on your modded arcade. This cable connects your original Arcade1Up or Basic Fun volume slider directly to most HDMI converter boards, allowing easy volume adjustment. Simple plug and play install. Connect one end to your factory volume slider and the other to the HDMI converter. Works with Arcade1Up and Basic Fun cabinets including Gen 1, Gen 2, and newer models. Compatible with HDMI converters that use a 10 pin connector and match the same layout and appearance as our converter. Known compatible converter models includeDV170YGM N10DV170YGZ N10M167XGBN30 01AM170ETN01 1DV190EOM N12DV190E0B N11CD170A54 01A E00171102 GWYD170SKD 01 Because some monitor model numbers may use different HDMI converter variants, compatibility is not based on monitor model alone. Your HDMI converter must use a 10 pin connector and look exactly like ours for this cable to work. For proper volume control, this cable requires amplified audio and is designed to work with our audio cable. This cable only enables use of the original volume slider and does not amplify audio. If you do not have an external source to amplify audio, be sure to purchase one of our plug n play cables below. For Gen 1 and Gen 2 Arcade1Up and select Partycades, use this cable here. For Gen 3 and newer Arcade1Up, all known Basic Fun arcades, and select Partycades, use this cable here. Designed for use with amplified audio setups. If you are using amps, soundbars, or external speakers, volume will still be controlled as long as they are connected through the HDMI converter. ImportantNot compatible with the Classic SE Arcade1Up line. This is the only known incompatible HDMI converter. Mini PC NoteWorks perfectly with Raspberry Pi setups. Some mini PCs may not send audio properly through HDMI. If this happens, use an HDMI to DVI cable and run a 3.5mm aux cable from the PC to the converter board. Use the left aux port. The cable will still function normally.
