Our vodka is made from 100% local Ontario corn. We distill in our double distillation process providing a smooth spirit. As well, at this level there is a hint of corn left in the spirit providing it with a mild aroma and mildly sweet aspect on the tongue. A quality spirit made from local organic grains.
