In January 2026, a refined version launched publicly as the Vortec I. Rider feedback made one thing clear: it wasn't optimized enough for the general public. So we went back to work. PROPELLER TYPE The Vortec FB2 comes in two versions. The Standard uses the same proven attachment mechanism as the stock Fliteboard propeller — pin and nut — for a familiar, secure fit. The second is a limited-edition Quick Release (QR) variant, designed for riders who want the convenience of tool-free installation and removal directly on the water.
