Hair Artist Competition Entry VOTES are the official scoring system that decides the winners of the world’s first online Hair Artist Competition. The public, celebrity judges, and sponsor judges cast votes that determine rankings, cash prizes, trophies, and advancement from the July and October online rounds into the December Grand Finale in Dallas.
