The VST Precision Filter Baskets have set the bar when it comes to consistent espresso brewing, precision engineered for optimal extraction and a smoother, balanced tasting espress o shot. Precision engineered to optimise espresso flow, resistance, and pressure, VST baskets ensure consistently rich and balanced espresso extractions. Every basket is meticulously inspected for flawless quality, making it the go to choice for espresso enthusiasts and cafes committed to consistency. Compatible with most E61 group heads (60mm diameter) and designed to be used with 58 - 58.3mm coffee tampers, these baskets offer a flexible dosing range of ±1g around the recommended dose. VST baskets enhance your espresso making experience with unparalleled precision. VST Precision Double Ridgeless Filter Basket Features: Precision Extraction Engineered to optimise flow dynamics, resistance, and pressure, VST baskets ensure every shot is extracted with accuracy. The result is a richer, more balanced espresso with enhanced clarity and depth of flavour. Uncompromising Quality Every basket undergoes rigorous testing to ensure perfect hole alignment, circularity, and zero blockages. This meticulous process eliminates inconsistencies and guarantees flawless performance for baristas who demand precision. Superior Uniformity Each hole is individually measured to strict size and area tolerances, maintaining optimal pressure consistency across the entire basket. This ensures even saturation of coffee grounds, reducing the risk of channelling and improving shot stability. Barista-Approved Performance Trusted by professionals worldwide, VST baskets are designed to deliver repeatable results in both home and high volume cafe environments. Their precision craftsmanship makes them a staple in specialty coffee brewing, helping baristas achieve exceptional extractions with every pull. Versatile Compatibility Designed to fit standard 58mm portafilters, VST baskets are compatible with leading espresso machine brands, including La Marzocco, Synesso, Rancilio, Nuova Simonelli, and many more. This ensures seamless integration with your setup, whether at home or in a commercial cafe. Hole Size Consistency Each basket is calibrated for total square opening variation within ±5%, ensuring uniform performance across multiple espresso machines. Unlike typical baskets that can vary significantly in hole size and placement, VST baskets maintain precision, resulting in consistent extraction quality shot after shot. Ridged vs Ridgeless Espresso Baskets When it comes to precision espresso brewing, ridgeless baskets offer a clear advantage. Unlike ridged baskets, which feature an indentation around the top to help secure them in portafilters, ridgeless baskets provide a smoother interior surface that promotes more even extraction. This design allows for better puck integrity and less disruption during tamping and brewing, reducing the risk of channeling and improving overall shot consistency. Ridgeless baskets also make it easier to remove spent coffee pucks in one clean motion, ensuring a more efficient workflow for baristas. With no ridge to trap coffee grounds or residual oils, they are also easier to clean, maintaining optimal performance over time.
