VTC-100ML automatic multi-layer spin coater is suitable for preparation of perovskite materials, semiconductors, optical crystals, and others coatings. It is capable of automatical ly completing the whole cycle of dispensing, spin coating, and drying processes. Therefore layer-by-layer coating of two different solutions up to 1000 layers to form the target film.
