It is designed for countertop use, providing convenient operator access. Its controls are located right on its front and are easily adjustable between 200°F to 550°F. This gives operators an ideal temperature range for creating many distinct and deliciously cooked meals. Its thermostat knob guards are made from heavy-duty chrome, adding durability to the unit. This Griddle has one pilot safety valve for every two burners. These valves will completely shut the gas to the pilot and burners off, ensuring the safety of both the Griddle and your employees.
