Kombi not starting? We often see ignition coils fail. Particularly the cheap bosch GT40 coil. If your Kombi isn't starting and you aren't getting any spark it could be your coil. W e would suggest first checking your points, rotor cap and button, condenser and plugs before jumping to the coil, but we have seen even relatively new coils fail so don't rule it out. Replace it with this quality product instead of buying another cheapo. This coil will suit nearly all aircooled 12 volt volkswagens including baywindow Kombis 1968-1979, VW beetle 1968-1976, Late type 3's and Kharmans Ghia and will also work if you have completed a 12 volt conversion on your early beetle etc. Show more
