Each wafer holder has two fixed clips and one spring-loaded clip to secure the wafer on the holder. Cut-outs are provided for easy wafer removal except for 5". The 1" Wafer Holder uses two fixed tapered cones and one spring loaded tapered cone to hold the wafer. Standard 3.2mm (1/8") pin with a length of 9.5mm (3/8").
