Discover a new way to relate to yourself, your world, and everyone in it. Kama Flight is a fusion of Acro yoga, Thai massage, and improv dance. Grab a partner (friends welcome) and join us on this lyrical body/mind journey. During each class, you’ll be instructed on the foundational moves of Kama Flight, a combination of Acro Yoga, Thai massage, and partner dance - performed on a massage table. No prior experience is necessary. Each Class Includes: Step-by-step instruction of 20+ foundational moves Spots limited to 18 students Luxury tables provided for use Playtime to try out new partners (encouraged) By the end of the class, you will know how to Kama Flight NOTE: Participants should be physically healthy, relatively free from injury, and comfortable giving and receiving touch while sitting closely together on a massage table.
