This white chocolate has unexpectedly become one of my favourite bars — full stop. At first glance it’s seemingly delicate and milky, with gentle sweetness and soft notes of vanill a, but it quickly opens into clear honey and the distinctive character of propolis. There’s a freshness here that feels meadow-bright and lightly floral, while the flavour of the cocoa butter itself is strikingly vivid, rich and clean rather than flabby or overly sweet. The bee pollen contributes a real chewy, slightly sticky texture, adding contrast and interest without overpowering the base.
