Wallerstein Laboratory Nutrient Agar Wallerstein Laboratory Nutrient Agar is a product used to grow and study different types of yeasts, molds, and bacteria found in the brewing and industrial fermentation industries. PREPARATION: Mix 80.2 grams of the medium in one liter of purified water until evenly dispersed. Heat with repeated stirring to dissolve completely. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
