Green walnuts. Wattleseed. Figs. Vanilla. Bittersweet and aromatic, WALNUT Amaro balances the earthy, tannic bitterness of unripe green walnuts with the sweetness of figs, and the roasted coffee-like aromas of wattleseed. Subtle vanilla rounds out the bitterness, creating a smooth and lingering finish. Our WALNUT Amaro elevates a Walnut & Davo Plum Negroni, or adds some unexpected character to a Walnut Manhattan. As our products are seasonal, there may be slight variations in colour, aroma and flavour from batch to batch. Some natural sediment may also be present. Once opened, store in a cool dark place.
