Board types: Walnut and Maple. Size: 5 3/4" x 10" x 3/4" I use up to 320 grit sand paper for a smooth finish. I soak it in mineral oil and apply board wax and let it set over night . The board wax is made in house, its a combo of bees wax and mineral oil, both food safe materials. There is a chamfer on the edges of the top and bottom of the cheese slicer. This is a great gift for the holidays or for that person that loves to cut the cheese. Cleaning instructions: Wash by hand, not dishwasher safe. When board gets dry make sure to use Board Wax.
