Ever try to cut perfect slices on a fresh made sourdough and struggle? No need to worry with the perfect bread knife, this is a durable design. The blade is a precision laser cut and tempered to a hardness of 58 on the Rockwell scale. This results in a hard, wickedly sharp blade that retains an edge for longer and is both highly corrosion resistant and elastic. The benefit of a full-tang blade is its ideal balance leading to a great cutting performance. AN UPGRADE you surely will notice! Made from a proprietary Hi-Carbon American Steel, this full-tang vintage blade is cut, ground, polished and sharpened in a Massachusetts facility. With brass rivets complementing rich walnut handles, this Vintage-style inspired knife pairs a timeless look and feel with a new ergonomic design.
