At the heart of the Xero are two fully independent loop channels that can operate in three distinct modes. Sync Mode keeps both loops perfectly in time, ideal for traditional looping workflows. Unsynced Mode frees each channel to have its own timing and loop length, opening the door to ambient textures and evolving soundscapes. Polyrhythmic Mode lets you create complex rhythmic interactions by locking each loop to a shared pulse while allowing them to run at different lengths. Smart stomp gestures put real-time control at your feet. Tap to record or play, hold to undo, and double-press to switch between channels. You can link both channels together for rich stereo looping, or use them separately for more experimental layering. Multi-color LEDs give you immediate visual feedback, and if you want expanded control, the Xero supports an external dual footswitch for hands-free access to both channels.
