ABOUT THE PRODUCT The Kettmeir winery strictly respect the local tradition in perfect synergy with the prestigious territory of Trentino Alto Adige at south west of Bolzano in the homonym province.  This wine is vinified in white with a soft pressing of the grapes and the fermentation under temperature control. TASTING NOTES “Three-dimensional” in the mouth, thanks to structure, acidity, and aromatic complexity which give breadth, length, and depth to the tasting experience. The scent is particularly fruity and similar to honey and vanilla perceptible only at the end. The taste is full, fresh, persistent with a good harmony and a light spicy aftertaste. It has a delicate and amiable persistence.  PAIRING NOTES The Chardonnay Maso Reiner wine is perfect with courses based on white meats, grilled fish, crustaceous in humid and flavoured cheeses. It has to be served at 12°-14°C in tall and wide wine glasses which ease the scent perception.
