All IKONICK canvas art is handmade in the USA at the highest of standards. We take pride in our craftsmanship and are committed to helping all customers with any issues that may oc cur. In addition to this, we offer a 1-Year Canvas Warranty for $9.99 at checkout. With the purchase of the 1-Year Canvas Warranty, we warrant this canvas product against failure due to any defects in materials or workmanship under normal product use and maintenance. All warranty periods begin on the date of original purchase and are in effect for the duration of one year. If a canvas fails, breaks, loosens or tears over time due a defect during the applicable warranty period, IKONICK will provide a new canvas of the same design, size and options, at no charge. Alternatively, IKONICK will allow a credit in the amount of the original sales price to be applied to the retail purchase price of a new IKONICK product. Except as otherwise stated herein, those are IKONICK’s exclusive obligations under this warranty for a product failure, and those obligations do not extend to damaged products caused by customer mishandling. Customers must notify IKONICK by emailing [email protected] of any defect or complaint with the product, stating the nature of defect or complaint, providing photos of the defective product, and making a specific request for replacement of the product under warranty.
