BACKSTORY This piece began with a secondhand canvas chore coat as its base. The collar and pocket flaps have been reworked with vintage chocolate-brown corduroy, lovingly sourced from a dear friend’s grandmother. Hand-sewn red blanket stitching adds a bold touch. Each patch and pennant collaged onto the jacket is authentic vintage, intentionally sourced from across the U.S. from my NYC studio (apartment).
