It's a proprietary blend of (in order by weight): Citric Acid Aluminum-Free Sodium Bicarbonate Sodium Carbonate Sodium Percarbonate (Oxi-Clean) Liplase Amylase Protease It's a blend we've been working on mixing to proper portions for years, testing in thousands of washing machines. Even when you purchase the package, we are still testing and refining the mixtures. Each bag contains 15.5oz of the mixture. Depending on size of washing machine, the bag will last between 8 - 16 months. We suggest an initial large dose of 1/3 - 1/2 cup of the mixture on the first attempt, and 1/8 - 1/4 cup on follow-up washes. This is best used every 30 washes, or every month, whichever is longer. This kit is designed to clean tougher problems typically seen in front-load washing machines. However, the kit will work for both front and top-load washing machines. The door boot seal mold remover is NOT dishwasher safe due to chemicals contained within the shock.
