High Efficiency Waste Can Slitter Automatic Aluminum Cans Slitter Cutting Machine 1.Introduction of Waste Can Slitter: Can slitting machine is a device that can cut off the lids and bottoms of waste aluminum cans. This equipment is designed to meet market demands. Based on the manufacturing of manual can slitting machines, it can separate the can body, lid, and bottom. Functions of the can slitting machine: The can slitting machine can feed cans sequentially into the inlet and cut off both ends simultaneously, separating the iron and aluminum. A switch allows for cutting from either end of the can. The advantage of this model is that one machine performs the function of two, incorporating both double-sided and single-sided cutting, making it economical and practical. It automatically cuts off the lids (mouths) and bottoms of various aluminum cans simultaneously, smooth cutting, producing a clean cutting. It is a device for the recycling of tinplate. Applications of the Fully Automatic Can Slitting Machine: This machine primarily separates the lids or bottoms of various cans (such as small Want Want cans; coconut juice, coffee, and Lulu cans; Want Want milk and Red Bull cans; and Heqizheng and Wanglaoji cans, etc.) directly from the can body (the aluminum lid and aluminum frame are separated together, not cut off). The frame and internal structure of this product (automatic can cutting machine) are made of thickened steel, processed, cut, molded, and CO-welded. Moving parts are precision-machined on a CNC lathe, and the internal support is made of a single piece of sheet metal processed by wire EDM. Wear parts are made of high-quality materials, ensuring the product's robustness. All parts are fixed with screws, making maintenance and parts replacement more convenient and faster for users. Features of the Fully Automatic Can Slitting Machine: 1. After peeling off both ends (bottom), the can body retains its original length and can be recycled. 2. The peeled aluminum cap contains no iron residue, increasing the profit margin of both the cap and the can body. 3. Small footprint; can be operated by one or two people, simple and convenient. 4. Automatically cuts off the cap and bottom simultaneously, resulting in a clean, burr-free, and gap-free cut. 2.Technical Parameters of Waste Can Slitter: Type WM-CSM10 WM-CSM20 Voltage 220V, 50hz 220V, 50hz Power 1.5kw 0.75kw Production capacity 55-65pcs/min 55-65pcs/min Weight 200kg 200kg Packing weight 220kg 220kg Dimension 1200*800*1000mm 1200*800*1000mm Packing size 1300*900*1150mm 1300*900*1150mm Contact Us to Get a Quote Zhengzhou Wenming Machinery Co.,Ltd Sales Manager：Phoebe Gao Office:0086-13-303-831586 Whatsapp/Wechat : +8618337111429 Email: [email protected] You can contact us to get more details of machines or let us know your requirement,we can design and manufacture machine according to your need.
