Adding a postal pack starts the process: We send out an unbranded free postal pack. You send us the wristwatch via a prepaid Special Delivery envelope included in the pack. You rec eive an estimate along with a timeline. Once the watch arrives with us, we document each stage of the cleaning and inspection process to assert the quality of our work, providing a visual record of the watch's condition.
